This will allow limited access to the tracking page. If your IP address is not static then possibly someone else has already used up your monthly allocation. It is best to register, if you are registered then your company is entitled to make 1,500 free tracking enquiries a month.

RedBerry Monitor is a product to complement our Global and Logistics software to allow forwarder's customers to track their shipments using their own references.

We provide the forwarder with a control panel that allows them to create their own identity on our dedicated servers in a secure environment in the US.

By adding a link on their own web page to their area on our servers, their customers can track the events that happen as the freight passes through the various stages of transit.

These tracking events are synchronised to events in software and stay usually within 30 seconds in sync. Only tracking and event data is held on our servers, all sensitive financial data stays securely in the forwarders office.

In the case of an internet interruption we use a queuing system that ensures automatic recovery and synchronisation of the web tracking servers.
