This will allow limited access to the tracking page. If your IP address is not static then possibly someone else has already used up your monthly allocation. It is best to register, if you are registered then your company is entitled to make 1,500 free tracking enquiries a month.

RedBerry Software ™ provides 24 hour support seven days a week throughout the year. RedBerry has local support centeres in Europe, Australasia, the Middle East, the Far East, China and the USA.

Our supoort team has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of hardware, networks, RedBerry products and freight forwarding.

We also have the ability to remotely assist should the requirement arise.

All RedBerry products are Internet aware and capable of updating themseles automatically as new features are being added. A log of these features is kept, giving the Forwarder the ability to decide if they are pertinant to their company.

Support for RedBerry products is included within the software rental.
